Irina was born and lived in Bucharest, Romania for 17 years. She lived under a dictatorship, yet Bucharest – before it was destroyed by communism– used to be called little Paris.  Walking today through the old city of Bucharest, one can still find all classical elements in the surrounding architecture. Moving to Canada, Irina was exposed to more contemporary architectural styles.

Irina’s style can be described as finding a perfect tango of classical and contemporary architecture. Every project has a unique story which can be told through space planning, materials, functionality and vision.
