The story of the ugly duckling; a 1920’s Georgian utterly lacking in character, with no plaster mouldings, low ceilings and small windows. Based in Toronto, Canada – a new country – 150 year old/new. A beautiful country that I now call home, but obviously lacking the historical architecture one might expect of a Georgian house.
The concept of this project is a perfect tango of classical and contemporary architecture as well as blurring the lines between the interior and exterior.
